All Glamourtresses members have the option to unsubscribe from marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive e-mails from us and/or selected third parties you should opt-out clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any emails which we might send you this will then suspend your e-mail notifications however you can sign up again if you wish to do so.

We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Shipping
At Glamourtresses, we are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 5-7 days on the West Coast via USPS unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. We do Not ship on holidays and weekends.
Returns
If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at Glamourtresses@gmail.com. Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. Fill out the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in its original packaging). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
