Refund policy

If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at Glamourtresses@gmail.com. Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. Fill out the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in its original packaging). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
